Role Summary
As a Product Manager for the Robinhood Connect team, you'll be responsible for Robinhood's crypto onramp. You'll work to understand what customers and crypto applications need on their first day, first week, and first month and deliver it in a simple, easy-to-understand experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Craft the initial launch of this new zero-to-one product, including system designs that are robust to scale across multiple blockchains.
- Work with research, data science, engineering, and design to better understand our newest customers and their most pressing needs around our crypto investing product.
- Establish a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with communications, content, and marketing teams to launch products that are easy to understand and use.
Your Qualifications
- 4 years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products with at least 1 year of experience shipping zero-to-one products in a highly technical domain.
- Familiarity using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision making.
- Able to balance strategic with creative decision making.
- A strong sense of urgency and speed.
- High standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same.
- Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, particularly in complex and dynamic environments.
- Experience in fintech products.
