Position
Robins Financial is seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer as a member of the Executive Management team. This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for maintaining the credit union’s financial operations, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to the organization’s strategic planning initiatives. Responsible for all functions within the Accounting department, Investments, ALM, and Deposit and Loan Pricing. The CFO will remain cognizant of financial conditions and how they may impact the organization’s financial health.
The CFO serves as a resource to both the CEO and Board of Directors to determine long-term and short-term goals for the credit union. This position requires working with examiners and auditors to ensure all accounting activities are in compliance with established legal, regulatory, and credit union procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline – Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- MBA or CPA a plus, but not required.
- A minimum of 10 years in banking or in a credit union with experience in leading financial planning and presenting financial and analytical data to executive management and board of directors.
- 10 years progressive management experience in requisite field
