About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your role will be critical to supporting our Commercial Lines team by assisting with internal processes and performing essential administrative tasks. While you will have limited direct contact with clients, your contributions will ensure that accounts are managed effectively and efficiently behind the scenes. You will handle tasks like processing renewals, cancellations, billing inquiries, endorsements, and advanced excel spreadsheets—making sure that everything runs smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Tennessee Property & Casualty License
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role in commercial lines insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A detail-oriented mindset, eager to provide excellent support to your team and ensure accurate processing of accounts
- Familiarity with agency software such as Vertafore products (AMS360, ImageRight, PL Rater, etc.) is a plus
