Job Description:
- Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to make additional recommendations.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of products
- Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct post-sale follow up to ensure all quotes, information, and pricing has been received
- Follow up with open quotes
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while providing the best service in the industry to our customers
- Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services
- Assisting with collections and collecting payment
Job requirements:
• Valid drivers license.
• HVAC Sales experience preferred
• Strong sale closing and customer management skills
• Strong technical/analytical ability and organizational skills
• A high school degree or equivalent is required. College education or degree is desirable, but not required
• Excellent customer interface required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

We officially opened our doors as a business under the Robinson family name in 2011… but our local roots go much…much further back. Lawton is our founder’s stomping grounds. Darryl Robinson grew up around here. He went to high school in Lawton, which is where he was first introduced to the industry as a young man back in the late 1980s.
As part of his senior year, he enrolled in an HVAC program at a local vocational school. After graduation it wasn’t long until he landed his first full-time HVAC job, and well, the rest as they say…is history. Along with a stint working for the Sheet Metal Workers Union, the Robinson name has been part of making homes more comfortable for over thirty years.
Salary : $65,000 - $130,000
