We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Client Relations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients who did not end up retaining the Firm's services. The role will be focused on providing ongoing support to these families (clients), connecting them with resources, and providing re-entry to the Firm as needed.
