ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to work at fast pace, follow instructions and be self-motivatedRequires excellent math skills including fractions, and geometryRequires ability to read a tape measure, calipers and other toolsRequires ability to read blueprints and calculate bend allowancesWork independently with minimal supervisionMust work well with othersBe able to lift up to 40-50 lbs routinely, and occasionally up to 90 lbs.Ability to Stand for 10 hoursEnsure and verify materialProvide immediate feedback when problems occurAbility to work OT with little notice when required.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A technical degree is preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredA minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredMust be willing to assist in other areas when neededMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check & amp; a fit for duty physical assessment.Ability to read and accurately use measuring tools.Ability to read basic blueprints.PREFERRED SKILLS
