- 8 years of experience as an AS / 400 DB2 DBA.
- Proficiency in database normalization and design.
- Strong expertise in SQL query tuning and process optimization.
- In-depth understanding of RPG / 400 performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities :
- Manage and administer DB2 databases on AS / 400 systems.
- Normalize databases to improve efficiency and design.
- Optimize SQL queries and database processes for better performance.
- Analyze and implement performance improvements in RPG / 400 applications.
- Monitor and resolve database performance and availability issues.
