Job Title : Scrum Master Work Location : Kansas City, MO, Fort Collins Co., Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or significant segments of large and complex projects. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions. Provide applications systems analysis and develop long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities. Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles. Manage and resolve conflicts within the team or between stakeholders.
