Job Details
Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid
Duration: Long Term
Contract: W2 only
Technical Program Manager (TPM) who can deliver beyond basic administrative tasks and actively drive project outcomes by partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams. Should have a strong focus on risk management, stakeholder alignment, and tactical delivery across multiple workstreams.
Deliverables: Successful execution and delivery of projects. Continuous updates to a centralized project tracking system with clear visibility on status, risks, and dependencies. Positive feedback from stakeholders on project management and proactive problem-solving.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering teams to align on project goals, scope, and deliverables. Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and priorities, and work with stakeholders to mitigate issues before they impact timelines.
Project Management & Execution: Oversee high-touch projects, ensuring deliverables are met and provide proactive updates on progress, challenges, and next steps to program leadership. Drive the technical implementation of the project, including data collection strategies, API integrations, and data extraction processes
Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leaders to gather input and make informed decisions Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and architectural decisions.
Technical Acumen: Have a strong understanding of architectural decisions and data flows (no coding experience required) Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment on implementation details, data collection requirements, and job listing data integration.
