Responsibilities

• Provide Expert Market Insight – Offer a deep understanding of local luxury real estate markets, trends, and neighborhood dynamics to ensure clients make well-informed decisions.
• Negotiate with Precision – Represent clients in high-stakes negotiations, ensuring the best possible terms while maintaining discretion and professionalism throughout the process.
• Deliver White-Glove Service – Provide an elevated level of service, addressing every detail from property tours to closing, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every client.
• Collaborate with Industry Professionals – Work closely with sellers, listing agents, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions and create opportunities for clients.
• Stay Informed on Luxury Real Estate Trends – Continuously update yourself on emerging trends, architectural styles, and the most sought-after properties to offer clients unparalleled knowledge and access.
• Build and Nurture Long-Term Client Relationships – Cultivate lasting relationships by providing exceptional service, anticipating client needs, and maintaining regular follow-up to secure repeat business and referrals.
