Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee our restaurant operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in restaurant management and operations, with expertise in driving profitability and enhancing operational efficiency. Job will require travel. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
- Conduct regular evaluations of operational performance and provide feedback and training to staff.
- Manage labor costs and optimize staffing through effective scheduling and use of tools like MarginEdge and Seven Shifts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance guest experience and satisfaction across all locations.
Qualifications:
