Department Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Office strives to improve the ability to deliver our company's objectives by utilizing Lean and Agile principles and methods to identify improvements, facilitate change and educate our employees in a spirit of continuous improvement.
This internship position is located in Branchburg NJ, On-site.
The Opportunity:
Collaborate with project teams to identify solutions to operational problems with a focus on efficiency and timeliness
Analyze manual and automated processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with implementation efforts
Assist in the facilitation of meetings and improvement events
Program Highlights:
Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
Program start dates are in May/June (Summer)
Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.
Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
Who You Are (Required)
You meet the following criteria:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree (enrolled student)
Required Majors:
- Industrial Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications
- Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
- Previous office experience
- Lean education or training
- Student organization and/or study abroad experience

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New Jersey is $25-$33 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
