Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionPrinciple Roles & Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesStrategic Planning and Excellent ExecutionIdentify deep market insights, potential and opportunities and able to turn them into brand strategy and operations.Develop and undertake both strategic and tactical plans to realize market opportunities both in core hospital and outsourced channels.Lead the team to achieve marketing programs / project operation efficiency with SMART KPI.Develop differentiation messages in target department and improve message delivery.TAE development and adoption.Develop NTAE / RTAE engagement plan and maintain good relationship with NTAE / RTAEs.Guide the team to develop effective sales promotional materials and trainings to support sales operations.Develop promotion materials & sales tools.Seamlessly collaborate within the marketing team, field force, PSMs and cross-functional team, advocate continuous improvement, best practice sharing and effective communication.Team ManagementProvide leadership, coaching, mentoring, direction to staff, including hiring, manpower allocation, performance management, training, and professional development.Lead team to work closely and collaboratively with cross functions to combine resources and drive win-win solutions.Manage turnover, develop high potential employees and provide career development opportunities.Qualification and ExperienceEducation / QualificationsBachelor or above.Medical, marketing, commerce preferred.Leadership CompetenciesAdapt well to different cultures and business styles.Collaborative and supportive approach on teamwork.Strong understanding and commitment.Innovative and highly self-motivated to drive results.Strong learning agility.Job Required CompetenciesMNC background.10 years and above experience in marketing and / or sales.5 years Pharmaceutical or relevant marketing experience preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and written).Strong execution capability, cross-functional communication.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
