The Position
Responsibilities
- Communication Strategy Development :
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
Manage and optimize communication channels to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information delivery.
Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content across various communication channels, including the company's website, social media platforms, newsletters, and internal / global network communications.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders, both internal and global networks, to build strong relationships and trust.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key network contacts and influencers.
Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
Identify training needs, design and deliver educational programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives to ensure continuous employee development and alignment with organizational objectives.
Track and analyze the performance of communication and Learning & Development initiatives using key metrics and analytics.
