Description
The first priority for all RAC Front Line Team Members, including Kids Club Associates, is to make sure every interaction with a member is focused on the Member Experience First. RAC Kids Club Associates provide quality care for RAC members and guest ages 6 months up to 7 years. Kids Club associates work multiple part-time shifts weekly providing excellent customer service to all Rochester Athletic Club members.

Requirements
- Flexibility in schedule : currently hiring weekday associates (8 : 15 AM - 1 : 00 PM and 1 : 00 PM - 4 : 00 PM) and Sundays (10 : 00am-2 : 00pm).
- Successful at multi-tasking
- Ability to perform physical aspects of job, including standing for long periods of time, bending, and reaching
- Attend meetings as required
- Wear RAC uniform
