What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food & Beverage Intern position at Rochester Honkers?
This is one of the most important internships for our team. As the food and bev intern, you will be tasked with making sure our inventory is up to date, creating new orders, training summer staff, and also trying to find new and fun items to add to the ballpark.
On Game Days, you will make sure all of the food and bev areas have what they need, and assign roles for the night around the hospitality areas. You essentially are going to be the main bread and butter of how our new operations and way we run a game night is done! If you are not local to Rochester, housing will be provided for the right intern. You will work hand in hand with the GM to go over budgeting, food costs, ordering best practices, and working with the vendors also.
