Job Title: Red Wings Rewards & Guest Services Team Member
Pay range: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Position Overview:
The Red Wings Rewards & Guest Services Team Member plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional game-day experience at Rochester Red Wings games. This position focuses on managing the Red Wings Rewards program while providing outstanding guest service assistance to ensure fans have a seamless and enjoyable experience at the ballpark.
Key Responsibilities:
Red Wings Rewards Program
- Program Representation – Serve as the face of the Red Wings Rewards program by managing the Rewards table at most home games, ensuring a welcoming and professional presence.
- Fan Engagement – Provide top-notch customer service by answering fan inquiries, resolving app-related issues, and assisting with program navigation.
- Prize Redemption – Efficiently fulfill prize redemption requests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for fans.
- Technical Troubleshooting – Act as the go-to problem solver for the Rewards app, performing minor updates and promptly addressing technical issues. Contact users as needed to resolve concerns.
- Program Promotion – Educate fans about the benefits of the Rewards program, encourage app sign-ups, and drive engagement through promotions and special initiatives.
Guest Services Assistance
- Game Day Support – Proactively assist fans with directions, event details, and general ballpark inquiries.
- Fan Assistance – Handle guest service-related requests, including distributing Guest Service packets, providing information about seating, and addressing fan concerns.
- Problem Solving – Assist in resolving common guest issues, such as wayfinding, lost items, and special accommodations, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
- Elevating the Experience – Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to fan interactions, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic technical proficiency with smartphone apps, internet troubleshooting, and general technology use.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with fans of all ages in a professional and approachable manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential, with a commitment to attending scheduled games and fulfilling responsibilities.
- Passion for baseball and familiarity with the Rochester Red Wings organization is strongly preferred.
