SUMMARY
As a Support Tech, your expert computer skills and knowledge is crucial to assist Rochester Regional Health computer users in efficient and easy hardware set-up, software installation and troubleshooting.
STATUS: Per Diem - Weekends
LOCATION: Riedman Campus
DEPARTMENT: Information Technology - Deskside Support
SCHEDULE: Saturday and Sunday - 8:00am to 4:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Computer Management. Install and configure computers, monitors and related hardware required for new installations and office reconfiguration
- Customer Service. Act as a liaison with end-user computer customers; act as a technical resource in assisting customers to resolve hardware and software problems; perform data extraction and transfer procedures
- System Management. Assist in the planning and monitoring of Systems Support expenses; upgrade operating systems and software; create and modify documentation where required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
PAY RANGE: $22.00 - $25.00
