What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Provider position at Rock-a-Bye Early Learning Center?
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
- Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
