Job Details:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for Mobile Event Operations to join our team at Rock City Staging. This individual will possess a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record and have experience with flatbed trailers and/or event staging equipment.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently on-site. They will also have excellent communication skills with clients, event coordinators, and internal team members.
Responsibilities:
- Transport flatbed trailers and mobile stages to event locations throughout the region.
- Oversee the setup and takedown of mobile stages on-site for events.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact, handling logistics, communicating with clients, and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Rock City Staging team to ensure mobile stage operations adhere to safety standards and timelines.
