Job Description: As a Collision Center Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring their needs are met. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing the flow of information between customers and our repair team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their needs regarding vehicle repairs.
- Provide accurate estimates and timeline for repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process, keeping them informed of any changes or updates.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely completion.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- 2 year or more experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a collision center.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Detail - oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to automotive services.
