- Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
- Assist with staffing, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and support quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Step into the role of DON as needed
- Current LVN or RN license in the state of California (required)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and staff development
