What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Services Technician position at Rock Creek Cattle Company?
Rock Creek Cattle Company is looking for a full-time year-round Maintenance Service Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity with an excellent company!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform a daily walk-through on all RCCC buildings and a weekly walk-through on any RCCC properties using the Company checklist.
- Ensure all RCCC buildings are operational daily for business including but not limited to the Lodge, General Store, Golf Shop, Fitness Center, and Pool.
- Document and repair/fix/troubleshoot issues such as but not limited to burned-out lights, testing smoke detectors, replacing batteries, and paint chipping.
- Ensure all cabins are guest/member ready during the season which includes but is not limited to identifying and fixing any deficiencies related but not limited to HVAC work, television, phone connectivity, internet connection, and running water.
- Monitor and maintain pool to ANSI standards, by adjusting chemicals in the pools, inside and outside Jacuzzies.
Candidates must have basic electrical experience, basic plumbing knowledge, and carpentry skills.
