We have an exciting opportunity at Rock Family Dental for a talented and self-motivated individual to become a member of our team. As a Dental clinic Front Desk Receptionist your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized.

A few specific duties:

• Some Dental Assistant duties required if you are certified

• Patient scheduling and confirmation

• Coordinating treatment plans with patients

• Dental health records

• Maintaining patient accounts

• Insurance eligibility

• Direct customer service

• General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.

Skills

• Exceptional time management

• Bilingual Spanish required

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Extensive organization skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.

• Accept constructive feedback

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving and team Player

Qualifications:

• High school diploma

• 2 years of office experience desired (Dental office experience preferred)

• Legible handwriting

• Good Computer skills
