Dr. Lowell Williams has an extensive background when it comes to pediatric dentistry and has practiced for more than 50 years. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and even graduated first in his class. After receiving his DDS, he completed a two year residency in pediatric dentistry in Le Bonheur Hospital and the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Williams has gone through considerable training in office sedation and in-hospital general anesthesia. He has also gone through special training in working with physically or mentally challenged patients, so that all children have access to quality care.
Dr. Williams’s main goal with every patient is helping to create healthy teeth and happy smiles. “Having practiced pediatric dentistry for more than fifty years, I’ve had the pleasure of providing care for the children and grandchildren of my first patients, and the bonds I’ve developed with these families over the years are the most rewarding part of my job.”
When he’s not busy teaching kids to brush and floss, you can find Dr. Williams cheering on his favorite teams. He’s a big fan of the Razorbacks, Dallas Cowboys, and his granddaughters' and grandsons’ football, soccer, basketball, and track teams. He and his wife, Debbie, have been married for 42 years. Together they have six daughters and 13 grandchildren.
