Requirements of Experience, Attitude and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field.
- o 4-5 years experience managing an inpatient or outpatient clinic or 3 years of progressive management. o o Successful multi-facility specialty practice experience is desired. Dental knowledge is preferred.
- o Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 3-4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree for a total of 7-9 years total related experience.
- Willingness: To be willing to work with the advisory team and be willing to learn and develop needed skills and systems to utilize in this position.
- Teamwork: The ability to work with others in a way that recognizes their contribution and strengths, promotes collaborative working across different or cross functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Drive and Motivation: The ability to show personal motivation and enthusiasm towards achievement of goals. Pushes self towards achieving and surpassing their objectives.
- Proven track record of strong performance in driving results and key field operations metrics, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history.
- Proven background and experience associated with associate relations, asset protection, and legal compliance.
- Outstanding leadership skills. Inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead a team, train talent and effect change. Track record of building talent. Able to balance the need of delivering a creative experience and a profitable result.
