As a Team Member Experience Intern, you'll assist the team in creating and managing organizational and enterprise-wide team member experience initiatives and programs aimed at increasing organizational engagement.
About the Role :
Be a key player in creating and maintaining programs that elevate the team member experience
Support the management and enhancement of exciting recognition programs
Help plan and develop engaging events and activities that bring the team together
Provide heartfelt support services to team members during significant life events
Assist in promoting and managing innovative recognition platforms
Help coordinate and manage annual team member events that everyone looks forward to
Consult on best practices for boosting team member engagement and fostering a vibrant company culture
About You :
Minimum Qualifications
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
Master multitasking and prioritize like a pro
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter who can shine both independently and as part of a dynamic team
Curious and inquisitive, with the ability to ask insightful questions to deepen understanding
Experience with using Microsoft Office
Handle confidential tasks with ease and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning or program management
Familiarity with employee engagement or recognition programs
Experience with project management tools and software
