As a Team Member Experience Intern, you'll assist the team in creating and managing organizational and enterprise-wide team member experience initiatives and programs aimed at increasing organizational engagement.
About the Role :
- Be a key player in creating and maintaining programs that elevate the team member experience
- Support the management and enhancement of exciting recognition programs
- Help plan and develop engaging events and activities that bring the team together
- Provide heartfelt support services to team members during significant life events
- Assist in promoting and managing innovative recognition platforms
- Help coordinate and manage annual team member events that everyone looks forward to
- Consult on best practices for boosting team member engagement and fostering a vibrant company culture
