If so, we invite you to consider joining our team as a Youth Ministry Director/Pastor at Rock Harbor Church FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry strategy that aligns with our church's mission and vision, create a safe and welcoming environment for our youth to grow in their faith, and recruit and equip a team of volunteers to support the youth ministry.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive youth ministry strategy that aligns with the church's mission and vision.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for our youth to grow in their faith.
- Coordinate youth programs, including weekly gatherings, special events, retreats, and outreach opportunities.
- Recruit and equip a team of volunteers to support the youth ministry.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience leading a healthy and growing youth ministry.
- Committed to God, having a testimony of conversion to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and fulfilling the biblical standard of a church leader (Romans 10:9).
- Committed to the ministry of Jesus Christ through Rock Harbor Church to catch the W.A.V.E.
- Agree with the Evangelical Covenant Church's Affirmations found on our website.
Benefits
- Annual compensation: $45,000-$65,000
