Job Description
Rock Harbor Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Ministry Director/Pastor to lead and develop our vibrant youth ministry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and engaging environment for youth to grow in their faith and build meaningful relationships with each other and with Jesus.
- Coordinate youth programs, including weekly gatherings, special events, retreats, and outreach opportunities tailored to middle school and high school students.

Your Primary Responsibility:
To build and lead a team of volunteers who love working with students and help them to deepen their faith.
Key Requirements:
- A commitment to mentoring youth and being an active presence in their lives.
- Creativity and curriculum planning skills.
- The ability to recruit and equip a youth volunteer team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience leading a healthy and growing youth ministry.
- Committed to God and having a testimony of conversion to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Agree with the Evangelical Covenant Church's Affirmations.
Benefits:
- Annual compensation of $45,000-$65,000.
