About the Role
The Youth Ministry Director will be responsible for building and leading a team of volunteers who are passionate about working with students and helping them deepen their faith. This role requires creativity and curriculum planning, as well as a commitment to mentoring youth and being an active presence in their lives.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience leading a healthy and growing youth ministry, and will be committed to God, having a testimony of conversion to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and fulfilling the Biblical standard of a church leader.
