Responsibilities
The Youth Ministry Director will be responsible for:
- Serving as a Christ-like servant leader of the youth ministry
- Leading the youth ministry, including socials, small groups, large group events, community service and missions, retreats and camps, and parent support and relations
- Recruiting and equipping a youth volunteer team in their responsibilities, delegating appropriately, and assisting when needed
- Attending staff and leadership meetings regularly
- Supporting Rock Harbor Church events and programs as needed
