Rock Hard Landscape Supply supplies hardscape landscape materials to contractors and retail customers in the metro area. We have a fleet of trucks to deliver boulders, mulch, bulk rock, and palletized stone and concrete products. We are a family owned and operated business with two locations. Over the last several years we have significantly grown our business by building positive customer relationships through good service and quality products. Employment Opportunity for Yard Personnel
Requirements for this position:
- Operate Skid loader, fork lift, front end loader
- Basic knowledge of hardscape materials
- Physical ability to lift 70 pounds on a daily basis
- Customer Service: Be personable and help customers when necessary
- Organizational skills: Ability to keep yard neat and orderly
- Overtime and some Saturday hours are required
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from other staff
- Work with other employees to fulfill orders and load trucks for deliveries.
- Be responsible for basic maintenance of machinery
- Positive attitude in the workplace
- Work in all weather conditions
- Job Description: The yard employee is responsible for loading and unloading customers using a variety of machines and some manual labor. Employee must operate machinery in a safe manner. Other duties include but are not limited to: keep yard clean and organized, maintain and clean machinery, stock and maintain cleanliness of warehouse. Yard personnel must be willing to work long hours, communicate effectively with customers and staff, have a positive attitude, and gain product knowledge. Wage and benefits will be determined by skill and experience. Seasonal and Full-time employment available.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
