Do you like helping others grow as individuals? Are you creative in your professional approach? We're seeking a professional with experience in assessing client needs and designing and implementing rehabilitation programming for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position will also manage a group home, providing effective communmication to staff and families to promote a consistent, moral, home-like atmosphere.
Will assist in planning monitoring, and documenting client services and supervise facility upkeep. Will train and supervise residential staff and maintain sound employee relations. Management staff also participate in on-call rotation.

Position Requirements
Applicants should have at least a bachelor's degree in a field of social, health, or human services. 1-2 years experience preferred. Requires leadership, motiviation, self-direction, reliability, good communication skills, computer skills.
Diving and background on potential hires.
