Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our retail environment. MUST BE 21

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries regarding products or services.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual sales goals.
• A willingness to learn about products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
