- Deliver impactful sales presentations, provide accurate pricing, delivery timelines, and contract details, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop innovative lead generation strategies for high-value prospects, and work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure new accounts remain engaged and successful long-term.
- Maintain detailed sales reports, manage daily activity logs, monitor expense accounts, and gather customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
- Represent Rock of Ages at industry events such as trade shows and conferences.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

We are looking for a driven, goal-oriented sales professional who understands that success comes from being in the field, engaging directly with customers, and seizing opportunities firsthand. The right candidate will:
- Thrive on face-to-face interactions and on-site customer visits.
- Be highly motivated to control their earning potential.
- Have a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Be an independent self-starter who does not need micromanagement.
- Have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software is highly desirable, as all activities will be logged using Salesforce.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required (some college education is a plus).
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in sales and new account prospecting.
- Sales experience in the memorial industry is a plus.
