Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Marine Advisor to join our team in the service department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marine systems and customer service, providing expert guidance to clients regarding their marine equipment and maintenance needs.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored solutions for marine equipment issues.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance procedures.
- Interpret technical documentation to assist clients in understanding their marine systems.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance checks on marine vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the marine or automotive industry.
- Familiarity with electrical systems related to marine applications is highly desirable.
- A background in vehicle maintenance will be beneficial for this role.
