We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who have true grit and the ability to show up and perform. This is a seasonal position, perfect for the summer, offering you the chance to gain valuable experience and earn money during your break. Travel and Temporary relocation is required, you will not be working In Nashville.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct door-to-door sales and present our pest control services to homeowners.
- Learn and articulate the features and benefits of our pest control solutions.
- Set the sales pace by being a top-performing representative.
- Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Participate in daily team meetings and receive coaching from experienced sales representatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven history of success in other parts of life, such as sports, community service, or prior jobs.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals.
- Ability to show up and perform consistently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
