A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FACILITY OPERATIONS MANAGER:
As the Facilities Manager for RRH you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the department and staff to assure quality service. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the operations/supervision of healthcare equipment in accordance with manufacturers O&M manuals and department specific policies and procedures. You must also ensure compliance with all regulatory compliance agencies such as The Joint Commission, Fire Marshal, OSHA, and CMS. The Facilities Director will collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to deliver work class service and help drive customer and patient satisfaction.
