Currently hiring for a Sales and Marketing Representative
Job Responsibilities:
Develops sales strategies and approaches to best market and sale the company’s off-road products
Manage and grow accounts and relationships with Off-Road shops and businesses
Manage and grow accounts with Warehouse Distributors (WDs)
Ensure WDs have latest company data and information
Build personal relationships with WD brand managers
Create and manage sales promotions for WDs and Off-Road businesses
Take sales orders through phone, email and in person
Use sales and accounting software to write and track orders
Provides customer service with sales orders or technical issues
Make sales calls and visits to off-road parts shops and dealers
Use latest marketing principles to increase sales
Contribute information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies and develop new products
Track marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement
Provide organization skills and ideas to make the sales office more efficient
Work to meet sales goals
Travel to trade shows and off-road events
Company representative and sales booth staff at trade shows and off-road events
Requirements:
Sales and marketing experience
Sales experience in the Automotive or Off Road industry
Outgoing and energetic with the ability to engage people
Enthusiasm and experience in the Off-Road community
Proficient with office suite, sales and accounting software
Strong office organization skills
Preer experience dealing with Warehouse Distribution companies
Prefer knowledge of Acumatica Software program
Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field
