Responsibilities
- Drive Sales for Oz Marketing: Focus on generating additional revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current clients. Showcase the value of additional marketing services and campaigns to increase client investment.
- Generate Business for Clients: Collaborate with clients to create innovative marketing campaigns and branding strategies that drive measurable results. Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients- building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Campaign Execution: Hold regular advertising meetings with clients to discuss strategy/brainstorm ideas and review analytics/execute campaigns. Deliver clear campaign briefs to the creative team ensuring they align with the client’s vision and goals.
- Event Planning and Marketing Support: Assist clients with planning and executing marketing strategies for events (including logistics/ promotional campaigns and onsite branding). Coordinate with vendors and creative teams to develop event materials such as signage/digital ads and collateral. Track the success of events through analytics and provide actionable insights for future planning.
- Track and Report Performance: Provide clients with campaign performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and drive confidence in ongoing collaboration- making pivot recommendations where necessary.
Qualifications
- Sales and/or marketing experience-particularly in account management or advertising is highly encouraged
- Confidence in conducting presentations and leading client meetings
- Ability to generate excitement around ideas and secure buy-in from clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
