Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing tailored event solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique event needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Source and manage inbound sales opportunities, working closely with Event Sales Managers and internal teams.
- Develop customized event proposals and contracts, paying meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to execute events flawlessly, from planning to on-site management.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and event details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction, striving for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and cutting-edge event experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality, with a minimum of 1 year preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software, with a keen eye for technology-driven solutions.
