**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable Crew DriverMember to join our team. The Crew Driver/Member will be responsible for safely transporting crew members and equipment to various job sites as well as actively performing landscape maintenance services on properties. This individual must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and excellent navigational skills.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a driver preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
**Responsibilities:**
- Safely transport crew members and equipment to designated locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
-Perform all landscape maintenance tasks requested from Crew Leader
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects and equipment
- Good physical health and stamina
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
**Additional Requirements:**
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus
