RockBox Colorado Springs Briargate is looking for an energetic, motivated fitness sales professional to join our team and the first RockBox location in the state of Colorado. This position will be fully involved in the sales process and will require strong closing skills. You will work closely with the owners to set up events, conduct pre-sales as well as training other sales associates.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping our clients find the right program fit and help them to get their fitness moving. The GM will also work closely with our head trainer for hiring the right staff to help our clientele to get in the best shape of their life, while having a great time working out. About the Role:

RockBox Fitness is currently seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager in the Colorado Springs area. As part of the studio leadership team, the Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager with the studio's daily operations, including member experience, membership sales, member retention, front desk operations, and housekeeping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with training and development for all front desk staff not limited to role-playing, skill audits, and regular staff meetings
• Responsible for membership retention and related activities
• Provide and maintain a high level of customer service
• Studio cleanliness and hygiene
• Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (membership sales drives, studio events, and outreach)
• Assist with studio lead acquisition and nurture
• Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)

Supplemental Pay

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
