The Divisional Operations Director will be responsible for helping drive the operations and service organization for the Southeast (SE) Division in partnership with the Divisional Director and Senior Leadership members of Rockefeller Capital Management. With a broad depth of expertise across both client-facing and operational activities, the Divisional Operations Director will play a key role in the growth plans for the SE Division by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders in the enhancement of the business’s operating platform, client experience, and growth strategy in new markets. Will be expected to onboard recruit teams, assist with Divisional strategy and planning, and assist with escalating and resolving issues as they arise. Responsible for supporting broad direction, policies, and guidelines for the team’s operational, administrative, and service for the SE Division. By partnering closely with business and functional leaders, the Divisional Operations Director will ensure integration and alignment of all strategic priorities in pursuit of operational and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Help define success criteria and core metrics, including leading indicators which will be used to evaluate overall business performance.
- P&L, budget, strategy, and complex issue resolution.
- Improve and monitor internal processes, setting up internal system, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics and continually introduce process improvement measure and present suggestions.
- Lead a team of operations managers and support staff to best serve Rockefeller clients.
- Assist with the sourcing, development, and hiring of the operations team and support professionals.
- Drive decisions for operations activities and responsibly for special projects.
- Ensure that operational priorities are aligned with the team’s elevated client experience.
- Support the Advisor teams with all related operational activities and needs.
- Assist with onboarding and serving recruit teams.
- 10 years of experience in service and operations in a fast-paced, dynamic leading organization
- Financial services experience required
- Operational experience required.
- Leadership experience recommended.
- Series 9 and 10
- Desire to drive client excellence.
- Lead through change, development of team members, and complex operational and service escalations.
- Understanding of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth client segments and needs
