Position
As a member of the Managed Solutions team, the individual will be responsible for day-to-day product management support of offerings including SMAs (Separately Managed Accounts), Mutual Funds, and 529 Plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop subject matter expertise on products and solutions – support Private Advisors with product, process, and policy inquiries; create and enhance marketing materials and end user guides
- Drive organic growth by providing supportive analysis on strategy replacements, gain/loss impact and general product inquiries
- Execute set up for new mutual funds and SMAs, obtain fund approvals (for restricted and closed funds), maintain approved lists
- Responsible for 529 product management – partner as primary liaison with RCM Operations, Finance, third party vendors and 529 Plan Providers; procure plan agreements where necessary
- Provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting assistance for internal management and external partners
- Embrace Rockefeller’s culture of collaboration and horizontal connectivity by partnering closely with Operations, Due Diligence, Supervision, Finance, Legal, & Compliance.
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferred wealth management or asset management focus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7 & 63 or 66

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective at problem solving, communicating expectations, and follow-through
- Proficient in Excel
