Position :
The Payroll Specialist will contribute to the administration, processing, and maintenance of Rockefeller Capital Managements payroll program. The primary focus of the role will be to support the end-to-end process related to the firms payroll activities, which includes data validation, timesheet management, and tax registration. As a member of the Human Capital team, the individual will work closely with other team members and cross-functional partners to ensure that the firms payroll program is administered accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Support the full life cycle of activities related to the payroll process, including reviewing time data, auditing payroll registers, and completing sign-off process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, including pay rates, deductions, and timesheets.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide timely resolution.
- Prepare and file payroll-related reports as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other Human Capital team members to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other systems.
- Continuously review and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll-related tax registrations, filings, and reporting across all applicable states and localities.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Compensation Range :
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
