Job Duties:
- Support the creation of marketing materials, social media content, signage, collateral, and a range of other visual communications
- Support the Director of Marketing with the development of concepts, strategies, and design.
- Support the Director of Marketing with social media updates, content creation, grand openings, google reviews, and other duties as assigned.
- Managing and supervising multiple projects.
- Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.
- Directing the design and development of creative materials.
- Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.
- Meeting objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.
- Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
- Develop design concepts
- See projects through from conception to completion
- Collaborate and be an active member of our marketing and communications team, advocating for excellent brand representation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Responsibilities and Skills:
- Potential Majors: Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications
- Proficiency of graphic design software (e.g. Adobe creative suite)
- Demonstrated portfolio showing creative and design skills; portfolio submission required of all applicants
- Strong understanding of graphic design hierarchy and principles
- Assist with Social Media updates and content creation
- Should possess technical aptitude and great multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral, written, and presentation formats is essential.
- Must be able to pass certain background requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years professional experience in similar role
