Job Description:
As an Events and Hospitality Coordinator, you will lead gameday suite hospitality services at Toyota Field and assist with all aspects of event planning and coordination. You will be trained in various areas of hospitality management and work closely with our experienced team to ensure smooth and memorable events for our clients and guests.
As an Events and Hospitality Coordinator, you will lead gameday suite hospitality services at Toyota Field and assist with all aspects of event planning and coordination. You will be trained in various areas of hospitality management and work closely with our experienced team to ensure smooth and memorable events for our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gameday Suite Hospitality: Coordination of VIP suite hospitality services during game days, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, including food and beverage service and special accommodations. Leading a team of trained gameday employees in the VIP Suites.
- Event Planning: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate meetings, private events, and large-scale functions at Toyota Field.
- Corporate Meeting Support: Help organize corporate meetings, from logistical details to client-facing activities. Support in the setting up of meeting rooms and facilities.
- Event Logistics: Aid in managing event timelines, assisting with the setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Flexible Hours: The coordinator will need to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days, to support various events and gameday schedules.
Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in hospitality, event management or customer service are required.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn.
