Description:
- Plan, execute and activate partnership contractual elements.
- Plan, create, develop, and review proof of performance presentations.
- Assist with activation of signage and branding throughout the ballpark.
- Assist with social media and creative services for client fulfillment.
- Group sales, corporate partnership, and community relations phone calls.
- Community and Client Appearances.
- Onboard and launch processes ensuring all contractual assets are fulfilled with excellence to internal departments and clients.
- Maintain and build relationship with clients to directly contribute renewals and partnership growth.
- Assist with client and community events.
- Manage and schedule Guest Services team members.
- Field customer service requests.
- File and process partnership agreements.
- Learn departmental processes and assist as needed.
- Attend and work Trash Pandas events at Toyota Field and in the community.
- Complete supervisor request and other daily tasks as needed.
- Sprocket mascot appearances.
- Inbound and outbound sales call
Requirements:
- Degree from college in marketing or public relations. Experience is a plus.
- Individual should have knowledge of Database; Internet; MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Experience with taking pictures and capturing videos.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Highly driven self-starter, with the ability to work as a team or independently on projects.
- Strong self-awareness, time management, and organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines.
- Focused, diligent and hard-working; ambitious and driven.
- Exceptional presentational communication with strong attention to detail and design.
- Good people skills and high level of customer service.
- Ability to problem solve and lead by example.
- Ability to correspond with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Ability to travel to events and office.
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
